Position Overview
The Social Media Intern will support AeroMantra’s digital presence across platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and helping grow our online community in the aviation and defence sector.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
- Create engaging social media posts related to aviation and defence news
- Write compelling captions with relevant hashtags
- Design basic creatives using tools like Canva
- Convert website articles into short-form social media content
- Create aviation news reels, carousels, and short videos
Platform Management
- Schedule and publish posts on:
- X (Twitter)
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Ensure content aligns with AeroMantra’s brand voice
Audience Engagement
- Respond to comments and DMs professionally
- Engage with aviation and defence communities
- Monitor industry trends and viral topics
Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, impressions, reach, and follower growth
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Suggest data-driven improvements
SEO & Content Support
- Assist in optimizing captions for discoverability
- Help promote breaking aviation and defence news
- Support article distribution strategies
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Strong interest in aviation, aerospace, airlines, or defence sector
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
